Small group fitness training set to serve 2-6 people each session, which is suitable for you and you friends and team mates. Building not only the fitness, this small group training is also a precious time to develop bonding with your training buddies.

Using scientific methods to check and arrange the periodised S&C training by the Olympic-level fitness coaches and physiotherapists, which is suitable for sports teams that plan to gain medals. The contents of team training will include scientific physical fitness testing, periodisation plans, individualized training, and sports technique conversion.
