動作要點:

1. 身體貼牆。
2. 雙手舉高呈90度,此為起始姿勢。

3. 雙手同時向上舉,至力所能及的位置。
4. 返回起始姿勢。
5. 每組做10次,建議做3組,每組之間可休息1分鐘。進階版可做5組。
